If your looking for a free folder encryption program there's My Lockbox. Because of this I no longer trust BitLocker and don't use it. "Oh no!" It wasn't accecpting the same password I had used for well over a year! The motherboard's TPM encryption key had become corrupted for some unfathomable reason! Luckly I had made a backup of my music on an external drive for just such an emergency because of the time and money involved! Since I couldn't access the drive at all I did a full disk format and installed the music files back on the drive. I was using BitLocker to protect this drive from unauthorized access when one day, out of the blue, I "could not" unencrypt the drive. One drive that I have is used only for music files, of which I have a fairly extensive music library, nearly 13,000 properly tagged tracks. I had a serious problem with it and no longer use it.

Hi Sveni, my Win 7 Ultimate 圆4 OS does include the BitLocker Drive Encryption software.
